Deye Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Deye website content, product information, inquiry forms and technical reference materials. The site is intended for renewable energy professionals, installers, EPC teams, distributors and project owners who need general information about Deye solar inverters, microinverters, battery storage, EV charging, solar kits and monitoring services.

Use of information

Website information is provided for preliminary evaluation only. It does not replace a project-specific engineering review, local electrical code interpretation, grid interconnection approval, utility requirement, AHJ requirement or product manual. Technical details such as MPPT voltage range, battery capacity, round-trip efficiency, THD, grid profile, backup load behavior and communication protocol must be confirmed for the exact model, firmware and market region before procurement or installation.

Project inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate contact and project information. Deye may use that information to respond, route the request to appropriate technical or channel contacts, and clarify the product category or service required. Submission of a form does not create a purchase contract, warranty extension, exclusive distribution right or guaranteed delivery schedule.

Responsible claims

Deye avoids universal payback guarantees, zero-impact statements and unlimited warranty claims. Renewable energy outcomes depend on local electricity prices, incentives, weather, site conditions, equipment configuration, commissioning quality and maintenance behavior. Any savings, emissions or resilience discussion should be treated as an estimate that requires local validation.

Technical limitations

Product images, diagrams, roadmap descriptions and application examples may simplify complex system behavior for readability. They should not be used as installation instructions. Installers remain responsible for reviewing the applicable product manual, local wiring requirements, battery safety instructions, overcurrent protection, earthing method, communication settings and authority approvals. Deye may update website content as products, firmware, certifications and regional requirements change.

Website availability

Deye may modify, suspend or remove website features without notice. The company is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on incomplete website information, interruption of online forms, third-party network issues or unauthorized use of submitted information outside Deye-controlled channels. Continued use of the site means you accept these terms as the operating basis for general information access and inquiry submission.
